AN EXAMINATION OF GOD’S JUDGMENTS AGAINST SIN
There are seen two extremes in the church when men look at the many judgments of GOD against sin. One class of men
uses the wrath of GOD to unleash their own, thinking they are justified in displaying a harsh tone and spirit. While the other class always plays down the severity
of the sins that led to the judgment, thus exalting their ‘superior mercy’ above the LORD’S judgment and
wind up accusing GOD of unjust punishment while they are highly esteemed for their piety. One thing the Bible
literate Christian has learned is that Jesus always cut to the chase in every situation. He gave encouragement where encouragement
was due. He gave mercy where mercy was due. And He gave remonstrance where remonstrance was due. He wasted no words on flattery
or allowed any diversion from the direct needs of every individual with whom He came into contact. As a result, none who left
the Presence of Christ could say they were neglected. In this study we want to look at the Bible’s examples of GOD’S
judgments against sin and discover the light streaming from the Cross of Christ, and thus put to rest any notion of legitimacy
from both extremes so often seen in Christendom.
In each epic event of GOD’S judgments against sin, it will be seen that GOD’S power and holy angels under
His command carried out the destruction. And as the great judgment of the saints in heaven will prove, in every decision concerning
GOD’S judgments the words of John will shine: “God is love.” I Jn.4:8. If the eyes of sinful man were opened
he could see the open warfare between holy angels and the demons of Satan, with each vying for the hearts of every man, woman,
and child. And the critical reason that we are sheltered from this real and fierce conflict between heavenly beings taking
place every moment of every day is due to the need to restore our faith in GOD and the laws of His government that was lost
through the intrusion of Satan and sin; to the end that the understanding of every humble soul may reach a standard of faith
and godliness that it will be safe for that individual to enter "the kingdom of heaven." This is why Solomon said,
“with all thy getting get understanding.” Prov.4:7.
We will summarize the lessons of GOD’S judgments against sin: from Noah’s flood, the fiery destruction
of Sodom and Gomorrah, the ten plagues of Egypt, the Red Sea drowning of Pharaoh’s chariots and horsemen, the judgment
against Korah, Dathan, and Abiram’s attempted overthrow of Moses, the deaths of the leading murmurers by plague, the
death of Uzzah, David’s numbering of Israel, Sennacherib’s blasphemy and his army’s destruction, the deaths
of Ananias and Sapphira, the seven last plagues, the 2nd Advent of Christ, and the lake of fire destruction of Satan, his
angels and unrepentant sinners. In
each of these examples the Creator of Heaven and Earth reveals three principles:
1. In every life that GOD cut off from the living in His judgments against sin, their
demise provided safety to the life that remained. This is because sin always destroys life. It never benefits regardless of
its temporary illusion of benefit. As cancer destroys the body, sin is destroying the Earth. 2. Every life that GOD cut off from the living had blasphemed the
Holy Spirit, thereby shutting out His “still small voice” from their hearts forever. No repentance could ever
come from these individuals, even if given an additional thousand years to repent. 3.
Each judgment of GOD recorded throughout the Scriptures whether of His wrath or His deliverance has its counterpart in our
generation. The severity of sin is lightly regarded in the churches of today. But GOD left no stone unturned to educate the
Bible student to every boundary of blessing and warning. As the Apostle Paul said, “Now all these things happened unto
them for examples: and they are written for our admonition, upon whom the ends of the world are come.” I Cor.10:11. THE FLOOD
The Antediluvian civilization that lived on the pristine Earth stood united in bold, unapologetic sins against GOD,
dishonoring the prayers and hopes of their father, Adam who desired his every child to be saved from sin. This disobedience
to the Fifth Commandment, “Honour thy father and thy mother” opened the door to the willfull transgression of
all of GOD’S commandments as the Apostle James admonished: "For whosoever shall keep the whole law, and yet offend
in one point, he is guilty of all." Ja.2:10. The defiling of the one led to the defiling of them all: “And GOD
saw that the wickedness of man was great in the earth, and that every imagination of the thoughts of his heart was only evil
continually. And it repented the LORD that he had made man on the earth, and it grieved him at his heart…The earth
also was corrupt before God, and the earth was filled with violence. And God looked upon the earth, and, behold, it was corrupt;
for all flesh had corrupted his way upon the earth. And God said unto Noah, The end of all flesh is come before me; for the
earth is filled with violence through them; and, behold, I will destroy them with the earth.” Gen.6:5,6,11-13. For
GOD to allow the continuation of life’s abuse and suffering at the hands of wicked men would’ve made Him complicit
in their sins. GOD is patient and bears long with rebellious men, but there is a limit where men cannot continue on in sin. DESTRUCTION
OF SODOM AND GOMORRAH
At Abraham’s request, angels were sent to deliver his nephew,
Lot and his family from the fiery destruction of Sodom and Gomorrah. When the angels, dressed as common wayfarers entered
the city, the gracious Lot knew of their danger and invited them to stay with him. But the ‘gay community’ came
to gang rape the visitors: “the men of the city, even the men of Sodom, compassed the house round, both old and young,
all the people from every quarter: And they called unto Lot, and said unto him, Where are the men which came in to thee this
night? bring them out unto us, that we may know them.” Gen.19:4,5. To “know them” means to have anal sexual
intercourse with them. The angels blinded the men and hurried Lot, his wife and two daughters to safety. The Lord then rained
fire and brimstone upon the cities of the plain. Consumed by fire were its palaces, temples, mansions, gardens and vineyards,
and the ever sinning self-indulgent people that the previous night had attempted to gang rape the angels of heaven. “The
smoke of the country went up as the smoke of a furnace.” Gen.19:28. And the once beautiful cities of the plain became
a barren wasteland: a place never to be rebuilt or inhabited to this day. THE TEN PLAGUES OF EGYPT
After 400 years of Pharaoh’s enslavement of the Hebrews, Egypt
faced a turning point in its history. The LORD came to Moses: “Now therefore, behold, the cry of the children of Israel
is come unto me: and I have also seen the oppression wherewith the Egyptians oppress them. Come now therefore, and I will
send thee unto Pharaoh, that thou mayest bring forth my people the children of Israel out of Egypt.” Ex.3:9,10. It should
be noted that each of the plagues of Egypt addressed a specific idol of the Egyptians. And every plague, from the water “turned
to blood,” the “frogs” that “covered the land of Egypt,” the “lice throughout the land
of Egypt” the “swarms of flies,” the “pestilence” on man and beast, the “hail” and
“fire,” and lastly the death of all “the first born,” none of the afflictions of GOD’S judgments
befell the children of Israel. “Only in the land of Goshen, where the children of Israel were,” no plague entered
their dwellings.”
THE RED SEA DROWNING OF PHARAOH’S CHARIOTS AND HORSEMEN “And the Egyptians
pursued, and went in after them to the midst of the sea, even all Pharaoh's horses, his chariots, and his horsemen. And
it came to pass, that in the morning watch the LORD looked unto the host of the Egyptians through the pillar of fire and of
the cloud, and troubled the host of the Egyptians, And took off their chariot wheels, that they drave them heavily: so that
the Egyptians said, Let us flee from the face of Israel; for the LORD fighteth for them against the Egyptians. And the LORD
said unto Moses, Stretch out thine hand over the sea, that the waters may come again upon the Egyptians, upon their chariots,
and upon their horsemen. And Moses stretched forth his hand over the sea, and the sea returned to his strength when the morning
appeared; and the Egyptians fled against it; and the LORD overthrew the Egyptians in the midst of the sea. And the waters
returned, and covered the chariots, and the horsemen, and all the host of Pharaoh that came into the sea after them; there
remained not so much as one of them. But the children of Israel walked upon dry land in the midst of the sea; and the waters
were a wall unto them on their right hand, and on their left. Thus the LORD saved Israel that day out of the hand of the Egyptians.”
Ex.14:23-30.
JUDGMENT AGAINST KORAH, DATHAN, AND ABIRAM "And they gathered
themselves together against Moses and against Aaron, and said unto them, Ye take too much upon you, seeing all the congregation
are holy, every one of them, and the Lord is among them: wherefore then lift ye up yourselves above the congregation of the
Lord?... And Korah gathered all the congregation against them unto the door of the tabernacle of the congregation: and the
glory of the Lord appeared unto all the congregation. And the Lord spake unto Moses and unto Aaron, saying, Separate yourselves
from among this congregation, that I may consume them in a moment.... And it came to pass, as he had made an end of speaking
all these words, that the ground clave asunder that was under them: and the earth opened her mouth and swallowed them up,
and their houses, and all the men that appertained unto Korah, and all their goods:... and they perished from among the congregation.
And all Israel that were round about them fled at the cry of them: for they said, Lest the earth swallow us up also. And there
came out a fire from the LORD, and consumed the two hundred and fifty men that offered incense." Nu.16:3-35. DEATHS OF THE LEADING MURMURERS BY A PLAGUE “But on the morrow all the congregation of the
children of Israel murmured against Moses and against Aaron, saying, Ye have killed the people of the LORD. And it came to
pass, when the congregation was gathered against Moses and against Aaron, that they looked toward the tabernacle of the congregation:
and, behold, the cloud covered it, and the glory of the LORD appeared. And Moses and Aaron came before the tabernacle of the
congregation. And the LORD spake unto Moses, saying, Get you up from among this congregation, that I may consume them as in
a moment. And they fell upon their faces. And Moses said unto Aaron, Take a censer, and put fire therein from off the altar,
and put on incense, and go quickly unto the congregation, and make an atonement for them: for there is wrath gone out from
the LORD; the plague is begun. And Aaron took as Moses commanded, and ran into the midst of the congregation; and, behold,
the plague was begun among the people: and he put on incense, and made an atonement for the people. And he stood between the
dead and the living; and the plague was stayed. Now they that died in the plague were fourteen thousand and seven hundred,
beside them that died about the matter of Korah. And Aaron returned unto Moses unto the door of the tabernacle of the congregation:
and the plague was stayed.” Nu.16:41-50. THE DEATH OF UZZAH
When the Ark of the Covenant was recovered from the Philistines it was being carried on an oxcart. This was against
GOD’S specific command that it always be carried by men shouldering its staves (Ex.25:14). And the man Uzzah knew GOD’S
command for its transport. And yet he belligerently proceeded with moving the ark against the instruction of the LORD. “And
when they came to Nachon's threshingfloor, Uzzah put forth his hand to the ark of God, and took hold of it; for the oxen
shook it. And the anger of the LORD was kindled against Uzzah; and God smote him there for his error; and there he died by
the ark of God.” II Sam.6:6,7. In pride, reaching his hand to steady the ark, Uzzah was making GOD a debtor to him.
Pride has always been the leading downfall of men, when it is meekness the LORD looks for in the heart. For it is in one’s
humility that the Spirit of the LORD can come into the soul and find rest, as the LORD said, "The heaven is my throne,
and the earth is my footstool: where is the house that ye build unto me? and where is the place of my rest? For all those
things hath mine hand made, and all those things have been, saith the LORD: but to this man will I look, even to him that
is poor and of a contrite spirit, and trembleth at my word." Isa.66:1,2. DAVID’S NUMBERING OF ISRAEL When Satan tempted David to the number of people
under his rule, Satan’s tempting of his pride became a great threat to the people. GOD had to show His displeasure,
and display the great spiritual danger when pride takes hold in the heart. Nothing cripples the spiritual life more than pride.
It is among the greatest snares of Satan. To be delivered from it requires a stern approach. To merely placate one's pride
only hardens its resolve. In fact, during Christ’s ministry on the Earth the only ones He ever publicly rebuked were
those living in pride. All others He sheltered them from their shame. At this time the prophet Gad came to David:
"Thus saith the Lord, Choose thee either three years' famine; or three months to be destroyed before thy foes, while
that the sword of thine enemies overtaketh thee; or else three days the sword of the Lord, even the pestilence, in the land,
and the angel of the Lord destroying throughout all the coasts of Israel. Now therefore," said the prophet, "advise
thyself what word I shall bring again to Him that sent me." David responsed, "I am in a great strait: let us fall
now into the hand of the Lord; for His mercies are great: and let me not fall into the hand of man." II Sam.24:12-14. Pestilence came and destroyed seventy thousand
in Israel. Those who died were Satan's pawns filled with the spirit of pride, for GOD would never allow any harm to come
from Him to those who with genuine hearts look to Him for their salvation (Ps.11:7). And as the plague drew close to the city,
"David lifted up his eyes, and saw the angel of the Lord stand between the earth and the heaven, having a drawn sword
in his hand stretched out over Jerusalem. Then David and the elders of Israel, who were clothed in sackcloth, fell upon their
faces." David cried out: "Is it not I that commanded the people to be numbered? even I it is that have sinned and
done evil indeed; but as for these sheep, what have they done? let Thine hand, I pray Thee, O Lord my God, be on me, and on
my father's house; but not on Thy people, that they should be plagued." David’s repentance was accepted and
the LORD commanded the angel, “It is enough: stay thou thine hand.” Vss.17,16.
SENNACHERIB’S BLASPHEMY AND HIS ARMY’S DESTRUCTION
The Assyrian king, Sennacherib sent "letters to rail on the Lord God of Israel, and to speak against Him, saying,
As the gods of the nations of other lands have not delivered their people out of mine hand, so shall not the God of Hezekiah
deliver His people out of mine hand." King Hezekiah carried it to the temple and "spread it before the Lord"
praying for GOD’S intervening hand. The prophet Isaiah sent word to him, saying, "Thus saith the Lord God of Israel,
That which thou hast prayed to Me against Sennacherib king of Assyria I have heard." On that night the LORD commanded,
and "the angel of the Lord went out, and smote in the camp of the Assyrians an hundred fourscore and five thousand."
II Chron.32:1-23.
THE DEATHS OF ANANIAS AND SAPPHIRA When
the infant church of Christ came together the power of the Holy Ghost attended the company of believers: "the place was
shaken where they were assembled together; and they were all filled with the Holy Ghost." Acts 4:31. Under the influence
of the Presence of heaven-born love, all who were present felt the burden to build up the fledgling church of Jesus Christ.
Ananias and Sapphira, who experienced the Presence and power of the Spirit of GOD vowed to sell a property they owned and
give the proceeds to the church treasury whose funds were devoted to meet the believer’s needs. But over time the warmth
of the Holy Ghost was grieved away and they decided to keep the lion’s share of the proceeds for themselves. And in
their pride they would not suffer the shame of being honest and expose their base greed with the other followers of Jesus
Christ.
GOD responded to their betrayal of trust with a marked recompense. The integrity of Christ’s church was being
threatened and GOD’S love for humanity in sending the Holy Ghost was being made a mockery. So, upon carrying out their
deception, “Peter said, Ananias, why hath Satan filled thine heart to lie to the Holy Ghost, and to keep back part of
the price of the land? Whiles it remained, was it not thine own? and after it was sold, was it not in thine own power? why
hast thou conceived this thing in thine heart? thou hast not lied unto men, but unto God. And Ananias hearing these words
fell down, and gave up the ghost: and great fear came on all them that heard these things. And the young men arose, wound
him up, and carried him out, and buried him. And it was about the space of three hours after, when his wife, not knowing what
was done, came in. And Peter answered unto her, Tell me whether ye sold the land for so much? And she said, Yea, for so much.
Then Peter said unto her, How is it that ye have agreed together to tempt the Spirit of the Lord? behold, the feet of them
which have buried thy husband are at the door, and shall carry thee out. Then fell she down straightway at his feet, and yielded
up the ghost: and the young men came in, and found her dead, and, carrying her forth, buried her by her husband. And great
fear came upon all the church, and upon as many as heard these things. And by the hands of the apostles were many signs and
wonders wrought among the people; (and they were all with one accord in Solomon's porch. And of the rest durst no man
join himself to them: but the people magnified them. And believers were the more added to the Lord, multitudes both of men
and women.) Insomuch that they brought forth the sick into the streets, and laid them on beds and couches, that at the least
the shadow of Peter passing by might overshadow some of them. There came also a multitude out of the cities round about unto
Jerusalem, bringing sick folks, and them which were vexed with unclean spirits: and they were healed every one.” Acts
5:3-16. Thus the church was fortified with power from On High and “the patience and the faith of the saints” prospered
and spread like fire in the dry tinder (Rev.13:10). With GOD’S intervening hand this fledgling church of Jesus Christ
“turned the world upside down.” Acts 17:6.
THE SEVEN LAST PLAGUES With the plethora
of injustices seen today and the unceasing ungodliness of men in authority it is readily seen that a course to national ruin
is on the horizon of our day. Said Jesus, “Every kingdom divided against itself is brought to desolation.” Matt.12:25.
This social/political civil war, coupled with Satan’s miracles of heathen spiritualism that are deceiving the church
as well as his powers of destruction through nature and disease, will only intensify the momentum to escalate the troubles
we find ourselves facing today. This grand scheme of the devil has only one purpose: to persecute “the saints.”
This, in turn will lead to the close of probation for sinful man on the Earth (Rev.22:11), and usher “the seven plagues”
(Rev.ch.16), which will conclude with the battle of “Armageddon” and the 2nd Advent of the LORD Jesus Christ (Job
1:12-19; Lu.13:16; Rev.13:13, 16:14; Matt.24:31).
The Bible-disobedient church whose power and influence
spans the world will soon be handed the throne of global authority. How? “Fearful sights and great signs shall there
be from heaven.” Lu.21:11. Events are soon to come threatening the very existence of man, paving the way for the final
union of church and state whose authority will impose on the world’s population an ancient tradition of pagan idolatry:
Rome's mark of authority: Sunday sacredness.
The federal legislation of numerous sins against the Ten Commandments already dominates American society; and its religious
equivalent is about to unite with this fundamentally immoral authority. The result of this union will lead to the persecution
of all who refuse to participate in the church’s sins whose core of apostasy lies in the employment of tyranny, in denial
of the Christ's explicit command forbidding religious authoritarianism (Lu.22:25,26). The last battle between Christ and
Satan is over the Fourth Commandment: GOD’S Holy Sabbath (Isa.58:13,14). A national Sunday law will be imposed on every
American citizen, and from here to the rest of the world (Rev.17:13). The state "Blue Laws" lay dormant while a
national Sunday law awaits the signature of congress. Included in the law will be all the penalties prophesied in Revelation
13:11-18. But this chosen course
of the church will only bring a corresponding increase of GOD’S judgments upon our world, which in turn will bring more
desperate measures by the apostate church to avert the destruction (Rev.13:17). Among them will be forcing all commandment
keeping Jews and Christians to cease any Sabbath observance. And all who refuse to obey this law will receive the death sentence
(Rev.13:15). But that death sentence will instead be visited on all who sell their souls to the federal law forcing every
man, woman and child to sin against the Sabbath Rest of Christ (Gal.6:7). Jesus’ warning goes unheeded to the end, “Whosoever
committeth sin is the servant of sin.” “Except ye repent,” “ye shall die in your sins.” Jn.8:34;
Lu.13:3; Jn.8:24. “The wrath
of GOD” will then be kindled in “the seven plagues” of Revelation 16. The threat of death will be transferred
from the righteous saints to their oppressors: “Therefore hear now this, thou afflicted, and drunken, but not with wine:
Thus saith thy Lord the LORD, and thy God that pleadeth the cause of his people, Behold, I have taken out of thine hand the
cup of trembling, even the dregs of the cup of my fury; thou shalt no more drink it again: But I will put it into the hand
of them that afflict thee; which have said to thy soul, Bow down, that we may go over: and thou hast laid thy body as the
ground, and as the street, to them that went over.” Isa.51:21-23.
The clearest prophecy of man’s destruction in this present world will soon be fulfilled: “Behold, the LORD
maketh the earth empty, and maketh it waste, and turneth it upside down...the land shall be utterly emptied and utterly spoiled:
for the LORD hath spoken this word.” [Why must life on Earth come to an end?] “Because they [the Apostate Christian
rulers in charge over the moral affairs of men] have transgressed the laws [by removing the authority of the Ten Commandments],
changed the ordinance [altered the Sacred Precepts by removing the 2nd Commandment and supplanting the 4th with the pagan
Sunday], broken the everlasting covenant [denied the method GOD ordained for the salvation of man by demanding to be saved
while living a life of sin]. Therefore hath the curse devoured the earth.” Isa.24:1,3,5,6. The churches deny this prophecy of the Earth’s thousand-year
desolation. They teach that the millennial reign of Christ is to usher in a thousand years of temporal peace for the people
of Earth, and that Sunday sacredness pacifies the wrath of GOD. And all are called to believe this assurance and wait for
its fulfillment—even as the life on Earth is being decimated before their eyes. But the Apostle Paul warned of this
false assurance: “For when they shall say, Peace and safety; then sudden destruction cometh upon them, as travail upon
a woman with child; and they shall not escape.” I Th.5:3.
THE 2ND ADVENT OF CHRIST Right on the brink
of human extinction at the close of “the seven plagues” the greatest rescue of human history will be seen: the
coming of the LORD Jesus Christ! Jesus Christ will appear in the sky. [He does not descend to the Earth as the church insists
(I Thess.4:17)] He comes at the very brink of life’s extinction to rescue “all them that obey him” from
both the living and the dead (Heb.5:9; I Thess.4:16-18). His 2nd Advent brings to a close the battle of “Armageddon”
(Rev.16:16). “The Saviour,” with His retinue of holy angels will stand stationary in the sky while the Earth continues
its rotation of a thousand miles per hour beneath His feet; and for twenty-four hours the landscape beneath Him will be melting
as wax before the fire (Mic.1:4; Zech.14:12). But the guardian angels of His faithful children will be ahead of the blazing
tempest beneath the Saviour’s feet (Matt.18:10), gathering the sacred harvest from the living and the faithful dead:
those that Jesus calls forth from the grave (Matt.24:31): those who followed the leading of the Holy Spirit and/or believed
His Word (Rom.2:13-15). This is “The day of the Lord” (I Thess.5:2)! THE LAKE OF FIRE DESTRUCTION OF SATAN, HIS ANGELS, AND UNREPENTANT MEN
Bending the rules has been a trademark of sinful man from the beginning
of sin’s reign on the Earth. All of the things people lie for, cheat for and kill for; never realizing that everything
their hearts desired for life: universal peace, eternal youth, beauty, riches, and immortality, GOD has promised through the
sacrifice of “his only begotten Son” that He will lavish all the treasures of heaven upon the redeemed from this
world: the heavenly riches that will make all the possessions of this world look beggarly by comparison. Evidence of this
is seen in the Earth’s surface before the flood of Noah’s day. It was beautifully decorated and adorned with heaven’s
treasures: of life, gold and gemstone: “And the gold of that land is good: there is bdellium and the onyx stone.”
Gen.2:12. But the glory of the materials and craftsmanship of the New Jerusalem will exude a level of beauty beyond all loveliness.
Its radiance will captivate every eye beholding it. After every individual reviews the history of their
lives, remembering the few moments where unselfish love was drawn from them by GOD, they acknowledge their denial of conscience
through which the “still small voice” of the Holy Spirit spoke to their sense of judgment, justice, and hope.
Gently, GOD tugged their heart-strings with Love’s urge and call as the LORD said, “Behold, I stand at the door
[of your heart] and knock…” (Rev.3:20). But a million years of life would not have changed that decision welded
to their hearts, for there is a simple boundary men cross where revision is never achieved and repentance can never come.
Jesus identified this as the unpardonable sin of silencing GOD’S Voice in the heart—forever (Mk.3:28,29; Pr.1:23-30).
The Great Judgment of Satan and sinners
draws to its conclusion. Death by fire ensues: “and fire came down from GOD out of heaven and devoured them.”
Rev.20:9. A world-encompassing ocean of lava consumes every trace of sin’s blight on the Earth. Everything is swallowed
up by the fire and reduced “to ashes upon the earth” (Eze.28:12-19; Mal.4:1-3). The Apostle Peter prophesied,
“But the heavens and the earth, which are now, by the same word are kept in store, reserved unto fire against the day
of judgment and perdition [the total and eternal extinction] of ungodly men.” II Pet.3:7. After “the lake of fire” sweeps the globe of every
trace of sin’s presence the fire goes out! Jesus will then fulfill His promise: “Behold, I make all things new.”
Rev.21:5. The saints will then witness the full magnificence of Creation Week as it was first recorded in the Genesis account.
For six days the saints will witness Jesus re-create the Earth. And everything appears as He speaks “the Word:”
the water, the land, the sky, the colors, the diversity of life, the fragrant aromas—the restful sounds! And after all
the “work” is done on “the sixth day” “the Saviour” with His vast multitude of redeemed
children enter the first Seventh-day Sabbath of the New Earth. Universal tranquility is restored, never to be threatened ever
again as GOD promised through His prophet Nahum, “affliction shall not rise up the second time.” Na.1:9. Eternal
Paradise begins—as it was, “In the beginning.” Every ideal of the human heart will be fulfilled—every
lofty goal achieved, with art, music, engineering and inventions far beyond our present ability to comprehend the riches that
await life in eternity! The explorers among men will sail the heavens and discover glories that GOD prearranged for their
joy. And all will carry out their eternal dreams without imposing a single threat on any living thing.
The life of Jesus Christ will forever reign as the Source
for all enjoyment, discovery and purpose. At long last, the saints will see that everything they have ever wanted to be, Jesus
Christ has ever been! And thus, the famous closing words of childhood fables will find their perfect fulfillment: “And they lived happily ever after.” “And all the sons of God shouted for joy.” Job 38:7.
