SIN MUST BRING ITS
CONCLUSION ON THE EARTH THAT ALL CAN SEE THAT SIN NEVER BENEFITS REGARDLESS OF
ITS ILLUSION OF CONTRIBUTION “The land is
as the garden of Eden before them, and behind them a desolate wilderness.” Joel 2:3.
The Bible’s book of Joel should be read by every conservationist, environmentalist and animal rights activist.
This book exemplifies how man has always and will always cause harm to life in this present world. For as long as sin rules
in the minds and hearts of men in government, religion and science the destination of life’s ruin is inevitable. And
GOD warned that from the moment sin took dominion of the life on Earth death would consume everything. The only thing the
Bible says will survive from this world and receive a restoration of eternal life are those who gave permission for GOD to
dwell within their hearts, allowing Him to lead, to guide, to humble, to encourage, and to share His promise of eternal life
with others. Through the dominion
of sin man has been assaulting the “vital organs” of the Earth’s ecosystems for millennia. And how sin’s
agenda brings the conclusion of life on Earth deserves careful scrutiny through Scripture’s outline in “the law
and the prophets.” The Bible is clear in its prophecies of the time when our present world can no longer support intelligent
life. It is at this time that Jesus comes “in the clouds” to rescue those who stood valiant, in His righteous
cause—in His righteous Spirit: “And the nations were angry, and thy wrath is come, and the time of the dead, that
they should be judged, and that thou shouldest give reward unto thy servants the prophets, and to the saints, and them that
fear thy name, small and great; and SHOULDEST DESTROY THEM WHICH DESTROY THE EARTH.” Rev.11:18.
Atheistic conservationists, environmentalists and animal
rights activists stand illiterate to the controversy over sin’s reign on the earth and its contribution to the death
every living thing faces. They also stand ignorant of how there is a GOD Who created a perfectly utopian world where every
creature from the least to the greatest lived in perpetual harmony and peace. They were at peace with themselves, and at peace
with man. Death had no part in the life where GOD instilled His breath “In the beginning.”
The whole concept of violence and death began in the mind
of heaven’s angel, Lucifer. It has been through his cruel manipulation that has caused all the suffering and death of
every creature that these many conservation groups strive to preserve. Of this bitter fruit of sin the Apostle Paul said,
“For we know that the whole creation groaneth and travaileth in pain together until now.” Rom.8:22. And while their motivation is noble and their
efforts tireless, without the Spirit of GOD in their hearts, in the end they will stand as accomplices with those who are
directly responsible for the animals’ suffering and demise. For it is these men in power and who rule the purse strings
whose unrepentant ways have cause incalculable suffering through hoarding the money through war, through industrial pollution,
etc. Just one example: it is estimated, of the million horses used in World War I only 65,000 survived. These beautiful animals
were used in the most violent confrontation in history up to that point. In fact, ever since the industrialization of animal
farming the physical and emotional suffering the animals used for human consumption cannot be measured. But the GOD of Heaven
keeps a record of all of man’s dealings (Dan.7:10; Rev.20:12). And this record is used for the purpose of redemption
of man, not his condemnation: to vindicate His faithful children, not to condemn the indifferent as Jesus said: “For
God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved.” Jn.3:17. And so, without further ado, herein lies one
of the prophetic passages the people of Earth will live through before the coming of Christ: “The
field is wasted, the land mourneth; for the corn is wasted: the new wine is dried up, the oil languisheth. Be ye ashamed,
O ye husbandmen; howl, O ye vinedressers, for the wheat and for the barley; because the harvest of the field is perished.
The vine is dried up, and the fig tree languisheth; the pomegranate tree, the palm tree also, and the apple tree, even all
the trees of the field, are withered: because joy is withered away from the sons of men. Gird yourselves, and lament, ye priests:
howl, ye ministers of the altar: come, lie all night in sackcloth, ye ministers of my God: for the meat offering and the drink
offering is withholden from the house of your God. Sanctify ye a fast, call a solemn assembly, gather the elders and all the
inhabitants of the land into the house of the LORD your God, and cry unto the LORD, Alas for the day! for the day of the LORD
is at hand, and as a destruction from the Almighty shall it come. Is not the meat cut off before our eyes, yea, joy and gladness
from the house of our God? The seed is rotten under their clods, the garners are laid desolate, the barns are broken down;
for the corn is withered. How do the beasts groan! the herds of cattle are perplexed, because they have no pasture; yea, the
flocks of sheep are made desolate. O LORD, to thee will I cry: for the fire hath devoured the pastures of the wilderness,
and the flame hath burned all the trees of the field. The beasts of the field cry also unto thee: for the rivers of waters
are dried up, and the fire hath devoured the pastures of the wilderness.” Joel 1:10-20
Contrary to popular opinion, there is to be no gentle easing into the promised paradise for the last generation who
witness the 2nd Advent of Jesus Christ. On the contrary, the Bible likens the events leading to His coming “as travail
upon a woman with child; and they shall not escape.” I Thess.5:3. The governments that legislate sin into law must be
allowed to play out their hand, that all can see the results of the exercise of sin's dominion: the suffering and death
of all life. That's all this is about: sin's destruction and man's determination to perpetuate sin forever, and
thus deny the cry of every heart to live a peaceful existence. In the eyes
of GOD the church bears the greatest responsibility, as it is written: "For the time is come that judgment must begin
at the house of God: and if it first begin at us, what shall the end be of them that obey not the gospel of God?" I Pet.4:17.
Sinful men in the church are the single greatest betrayer of trust because they have the Scriptures to guide them as they
shepherd the LORD'S flocks to His salvation. But "the tradition of man" always overrules the plain "Thus
saith the LORD," as it is written: "While they promise them liberty, they themselves are the servants of corruption:
for of whom a man is overcome, of the same is he brought in bondage...For it had been better for them not to have known the
way of righteousness, than, after they have known it, to turn from the holy commandment delivered unto them." II Pet.2:19,21.
But for those who stand fast for
virtue ( who "by love serve one another"), truth ("as the truth is in Jesus"), and follow in His footsteps
(determined to "deny himself, and take up his cross daily"), these gentle heroes will see the great deliverance
through Jesus Christ in sparing all His faithful children from the fate of the death that sin has brought to the Earth. And
from this knowledge and experience from their own afflictions that sin imposed on them, their family, and friends, the saints
will never choose the path of sin ever again.
Of the difference between those led of the Holy Spirit vs. those led of the Adversary, Jesus said: “Verily, verily,
I say unto you, That ye shall weep and lament, but the world shall rejoice: and ye shall be sorrowful, but your sorrow shall
be turned into joy. A woman when she is in travail hath sorrow, because her hour is come: but as soon as she is delivered
of the child, she remembereth no more the anguish, for joy that a man is born into the world. And ye now therefore have sorrow:
but I will see you again, and your heart shall rejoice, and your joy no man taketh from you.” Jn.16:20-22.
