INDUSTRY VS. ENVIRONMENT /
ATHIESM VS. RELIGION
MEMORY TEXT: “And the nations were angry, and thy wrath is come…and shouldest destroy them
which destroy the earth.” Rev.11:18.
Today,
a fierce economic war exists in America. It is over the environmental groups who have chronicled the pollution that assaults
the balance of nature vs. industrial corporations that provide jobs here in America. While there is much discontent over the
shipping of jobs over seas, many of these industries have been proven to threaten the health of life on American soil, and
so the environmentalists have done a good service to the American people. The economic problem comes from the bankers who
oversee the direction of mankind on the Earth and the inept judgment of politicians on the subject.
This dissertation will not address the crime of malnutrition facing
every American today, but a byproduct of this fundamentally sinful neglect. The clean energy campaign that is underway is
shown to have equal collateral damage to the environment as previous industries, for it demands the same toxic chemicals for
production as do other industries whether of battery acid production and containment or petroleum products.
We should be grateful for men and women documenting the tangible
evidence to awaken people to our ever-increasing need to understand mankind’s threat against the laws that perpetuate
life. As many well know there are many factors that need to be understood before accurate triage on ecological systems can
be implemented safely to heal the systems that are contaminated.
But before that first great step, the single greatest factor to influence the success of this work is through careful
diplomacy. But the work of reform is guaranteed to stumble and fail just where the skill of diplomacy in this work is needed
the most, simply by allowing the scientific community to solicit the atheistic theory of evolution into the equation of the
work whose contribution to help solve the threat under discussion has no significant bearing whatsoever. And yet, this tenet
is always imposed and goes in the face of those who adhere to Biblical Creation Science. And by overplaying the theory of
Earth’s long evolution vs. the Bible’s chronology of life the proposed work has already lost its credibility to
reach over the isle to clasp hands with those of religious faith. It is impossible to disregard the age-old jurisdiction of
religious beliefs that have ruled throughout human history, and expect a close camaraderie of atheists with those of faith
to unite and solve the dilemma together.
It must be acknowledged that outside of the
academic world, atheists hold no authority over the moral compass of society. And it is the religionist that must be won to
the great cause before us for without their contribution the needed impetus to turn the tide of ecological destruction will
never begin. Regardless of its abuse of life, religion runs this world, drives its wars, and divides its peoples, and above
all, determines its distribution of wealth.
Comparatively, atheism stands powerless against
the age-old tradition of religious thought whose grip over the human mind will never relinquish its jurisdiction. And there
are two lessons you find across the board on this: 1) The era of modern evolutionary theory is in its infancy, while it attempts
to stand against a religious philosophy historically shown to be as old as man. 2) Standing in the same hypocrisy with religionists,
today’s scientific community likewise stands in the spirit of elitism. Very much seen is the pride cloaked in the garb
of scholarship and piety that works more to bolster reputation than build one’s character.
(To augment on this point) The atheists always work against its heralded
objective by supplanting it with a tone of language exhibiting no trace of humility in man’s estimations of evolutionary
time. Question: What are the odds of the documentary’s numerical estimations being precise? How broad is the margin
of error in the calculations asserted? The laws of probability alone should convince us that there is no right for any to
declare an educated guess in the tone of an absolute. This maxim demands that we treadsoftly in the language we convey to
others. The point being: various temperaments of the human mind require thoughtful consideration.
A useful means to reach those of a spiritual outlook
All agree to certain modes of thought. Our very structure of government is predicated on our universal desire to give
authority to a higher power than ourselves to provide for our needs. This stems from the diverse talents people have that
through their collective effort our machine of society does remarkably well. In essence, the distribution of talents
is the means to bring people together, and through the pooling of talents, many life-threatening hurdles have been overcome.
Despite this wonderful arrangement, man to this day has shown he cannot obey the laws preserving life or uphold with any integrity
the laws providing Utopia for all people. A little child asks, “Why is there suffering? Why do people hurt each other?”
And as grownups we must then ask, “Where will our deliverance come from? What is the direction whereby our childhood
dreams can be fulfilled for perfect justice, mercy and love?” That’s where the moral compass of the conscience
comes into play. Nevertheless, the prevailing division between people, for whatever reasons, prevents any lasting concord.
The prevailing division between the scientific community and religion has been a lasting civil war in the courts for many
years.
To have to address this blanket rejection of all religion gives evidence that
today’s science has become a form of self-seclusion that breeds ignorance to the vital lessons of life and human history,
lessons from the past teaching us precisely where we are heading. Today’s universities are little more than monasteries
for intellectuals, victims to the traditional views taught of their professors. Few among us can declare the things we believe
were discovered on our own.
Life on Earth is a strange mix of fact and fiction. It is necessary
to consider the foundation of Christianity that all Bible teaching rests on the fact that our world’s ethical history
provides the resource to best estimate and mold the outcome for our future. But the problem comes when we misconstrue
that history. Any incorrect view of history will corrupt our conclusions and all the decisions affected by it. And the hard
fact remains: man’s corruption of cultural and religious history is as polluted as our environment. Historically, everything
we’ve put our hand to we’ve brought harm to. This is a humiliation the human spirit rarely owns up to, and yet
without its acknowledgement any proposed remedy to meet our global crisis is guaranteed to fail.
The History of Human Government Is a History of Limited Remedy
As a young student I was told the prime objective
of all study is by thorough, impartial research, gathering all evidence related to the subject before any safe assertions
can be drawn. This is the only safe method to wisely implement any plan to restore life’s equilibrium. But to be negligent
in the gathering of data, holding to one standard of data while disregarding other closely related data is to guaranty an
insufficient coordination in the effort to avert the global threat to our biosphere.
This maxim of research needs to be bridged to the fact that the
history of man has been a long succession of miscalculations: in science, medicine and law. How do you think scientists a
hundred years from now would view today’s “facts?” All we have to do is to look back one hundred years from
our day and behold the inherently barbaric nature of human understanding. As long as men flatter themselves in their perceived
greatness while refusing to acknowledge the harmful and fierce temptations all of us face every day; as long as fictional
entertainment, booze, pornography, junk food and pharmaceuticals dominate society’s priorities, weakening both our intelligence
and willpower to make and to hold wise decisions, the result will always foster indifference and callous disregard for the
welfare of life. And as long as this crooked system of control over the people is allowed to exist, the destination
of man’s extinction is unstoppable. And yet, a number of prideful men presume the intellectual aptitude to defeat this
Frankenstein threatening global annihilation of the human race. The few cannot unto the harm of the many. The insanity caused
by mob mentality is the overriding authority driving human government. It is dreadful what men will do in numbers what they
would never do alone.
There
are those who think we have the power to move the heavens. But today’s science will not stop what is coming! Today’s
Religion will not stop what is coming! In reality all the faith in the world will never make 2+2=5. And we mustn’t let
man’s fictional victories in literature and Hollywood movies distract from our view of the mounting evidence leading
to earth’s ever-strengthening convulsions.
With these facts in mind, and
other evidence to follow, to place the task of restoring our world into the hands of today’s scientific community, whose
history to date has been a succession of destroying as much life as it has blessed, is logically as futile as placing faith
in any religion that likewise undermines the stability of laws preserving life. This has ever been the history of man, and
accounts for the rise and fall of every nation that came before us.
The great lesson for all of us is simply man’s incapability of being entrusted with the care of life. As you know, the Middle East was once fertile terrain, lavished with trees, foliage
and flourishing wildlife. And does not this now barren landscape (caused by man) represent a microcosm of what man is doing
today on a global scale? As the DVD’S cover forcibly illustrated: The footprint of man leaves a barren landscape, with
the moral warning: to be ignorant of or to overrule any of nature’s laws perpetuating the security of life is to initiate
the extinction of life. And by examining historically the path of human advancement, and seeing today’s course to be
in line with that history, the obvious conclusion must be drawn: Man’s ruin is inevitable, and all we can do, my fellows,
is to hold back as long as we can that certainty of ruin. The undisciplined passion of human pride has always and will ever
work to smother the nobility of reason. There is no other reason for the age-old injustices of life.
Without humility, reform will never come. And without reformation
from superstitions fostering false expectations the destructive consequences will not be prevented from asserting their aftermath.
The antithesis of humility is arrogance. Man’s arrogance is seen in every age and culture of civilization. The long
history of religious tyranny verifies this age-old method of forcing one’s will over another—for the lust of power,
not a love for truth or of life. Tyrants, wearing the mask of piety, exercise their rule in every station of life today, from
religion and law to diet and science. And every betrayal against life is concealed behind an illusion of friendship, skill,
and serving the public good.
And
any language flattering men to be inherently trustworthy is unsubstantiated by the great number of history’s tyrants
who never willingly stepped down from their power but had to be forcibly removed. In addition, the need to become more earnest
in declaring the danger from man’s demolition of life is imperative. Otherwise, when the tangible threat of human extinction
rises from obscurity, shaking up humanity’s smug complacency, the frantic nature of society will demand an immediate
response. A likely scenario on the horizon: suppose the sky ignites into fire whose combustible force causes the destruction
of life and property, who do you think will come forward to take the throne of human government at this time? Atheistic scientists?
No. Religion will become the object of adoration at this time; and the world's most influential and wealthiest religion
is Christianity. Therefore, it is today's Christian leaders who will be given the throne of human government. Biblically
illiterate men such as the pope, the Pat Robertsons, the Jerry Falwells, etc., these will be handed the authority to influence
laws in an attempt to preserve the human race. Remember the old proverb, “There are no atheists in foxholes?”
And while the religious leaders will delegate work for scientists, they will be treated as little more than servants to the
greater cause of the church to rule the world: a control over people that Jesus Christ never intended and commanded should
never exist. It is the age-old unteachable spirit of men, men who go to
their knees in prayer but whose minds have already made their determinations regardless of the GOD they claim to serve: they
will come forward demanding the worship of GOD (according to ancient Roman Catholic tradition) as the means to preserve civilization.
The exercise of religious tradition over the human spirit will never relinquish its jurisdiction. While we all love traditions,
there are some whose sole purpose is tyrannical in nature and defiant to life’s security. But worst of all, the church’s
version of religious law stands outside of the Ten Commandment Law. Established moral and physical laws don’t diminish
simply because men take license to overlook them or pretend they don’t exist. All must agree that subservience to the
existing laws is paramount to remain free from the penalty of their violation. But the church’s serious version of “king
of the hill” guarantees a “revival” of the ineptness of the Dark Ages, simply because their fundamental
doctrines will never change extending back to the 4th Century. This coming regime of church authority will only increase the severity of the threat against
life.
The Study of Time
Our “peripheral vision” in the study
of time should not be so “farsighted” in its examination. As we deal with our society today, we need “nearsighted”
clarity in our study of time in the lessons history teaches. And that’s good. That’s were Bible prophecy comes
into play, not only to prove its legitimacy when it describes in unmistakable terms how man will keep destroying the Earth
until the Earth can no longer support life, at which time the great liberation of GOD takes place in the 2nd Advent
of Jesus Christ. This has always been the blessing of prophecy, that we know what is to come before it comes, that through
our acquaintance with what we are to face together (as a race, regardless of our philosophical stance) will not take us by
surprise nor mislead us. And through active preparation we hold off as long as we can the inevitable fate of man in a fading
world while knowing that the ultimate deliverance of human aspiration awaits those who take heed. And when we approach time
as part of GOD’S design for eternity: His desires, and His purpose (as seen through symbiotic law), then our eyes open
with amazement, that there is One who has the power to overrule the demise of life on Earth.
Salvation is simply
the restoration of both the original environment of Earth (as when it came from the hand of the Creator), and the purely unselfish
nature given to man, a nature worthy of everlasting life, whose never-ending experience, GOD’S Word has promised will
“long enjoy the work of their hands.”
So what is the great lesson? Immortality is a gift not a right! Both in and out of the church, we, corporately, are
making harmful decisions against the whole concept of the Grace found in universal symbiosis. In the end, what we
find is that there is a prevailing insanity within the human passions that guarantees we, in and of our own strength, will
never overcome the self-destructive governance that we’ve chosen to follow for so long, nor live to see our most lofty
goals achieved—not in this present world, not under its oppressive regime cloaked in the garb of virtue. Every man,
woman and child needs to be delivered from the unfulfilled life of this world! “Pure religion and undefiled” teaches
that life’s dilemma of suffering and death need never have existed; but it came by man’s selfish choice, not by
GOD’S unselfish will. The power of choice is the one gift next to life that assures our emotional and instructional
prosperity. And once you’ve confirmed the legitimacy of an existing power outside of your ability to control your destiny,
the next step is to examine the two polarities ruling over the Earth, influencing all life. You will find that they, as the
north and south poles likewise oppose each other’s force. And while the physical law of opposition is integral to life’s
perpetuation, the force of immoral behavior stands in the realm of human choice.
It
takes humility to preserve our world. Without it, man’s life in this world will cease. In real basic terms, the self-exalting
pride of men has always been openly belligerent to our childhood sense of justice, mercy and love. We can even see the perfect
parallel between our childhood disposition and a young wild animal of any given species, where in their youth they are tame,
playful and affectionate; but when they grow up the wild and bold disposition takes over, necessitating a cruel incentive
to preserve itself regardless of any exaggerated destruction to anything standing in its way. Man has taken his productive
instinct to survive and corrupted it, displaying the insatiable passion for blind power over the dignity of life and human
character.
With tyranny being
the source of every violence on Earth I can tell you of only One Life Who stepped down from His Position: not as a tyrant,
or to preserve His survival, but as a Benevolent Creator Who Lives to Serve, and will defend those He loves, as plainly seen
in the law of symbiosis. This One, and only One, voluntarily left His life and stepped down from His Throne of Glory
and instead stood as one with the doomed race of His children. He had to learn as every child of humanity, and above all He
believed GOD the Father would watch over Him regardless of His fate on the earth. He displayed the perfect law of utopia in
His voice, His words, and His deeds, with an expression of kingly countenance that swelled the hearts of the Jewish multitudes
to make Him king! But He would not. Their desired king was not of the same character: their goals were not the same as the
One on Whom all eyes were fastened in those days. He said His kingdom could not exist in this present world, but only one
of a future world where every cry of humanity will find its lofty fulfillment. His prophecy has been clear from the first
day it was given 6000 years ago, passed down generation by generation, and then permanently recorded on parchment 3,400 years
ago by the hand of the meekest man the world will ever know, Moses.
The grand declaration is this: man’s relationship with creation is a chosen relationship of war not
of peace. Man, of his own freewill chose not to follow the government of symbiotic law, but rather self-serving greed: the
same host destroying life just as cancer in the human body. The saddest part is when we see how the destructive influence
of one man can determine the harmful fate of so many. And this is where the grand message of the Gospel shines in the darkness:
There is only One who is fit and able to rule in accordance with human aspiration: His Name is Jesus, and He is the Christ
of GOD for the salvation of man. He alone honored His Laws of Life. He alone voluntarily carried the guilt and shame of the
sins of every man, literally pouring His life out in His blood. He didn’t obey the Heavenly Law to make sure He got
to heaven. He obeyed to make sure we got to heaven. It is that government alone that can stand against evil’s power.
The GOD Who Proves Himself reaches people on
all levels. And to the scientist, the lawyer, the educator, He would say, “Searching to learn is good. I will bless
you in its exercise forever through the unique talent I have ordained only for you. Are two snowflakes ever alike while equal
in their beauty?”
